As a contractor that has to look at many drawings, you would be surprised at how great a difference two consultants could do the same work so differently with drawings.
If every client was shown a sample of the quality and style of drawing their consultant was going to produce for them at the beginning of the project, they would probably select someone like CJ Design.
Main reason being that if the client can clearly understand the drawing, then so will the contractor and the chances of getting a more accurate cost, will almost certainly prevail.
When a contractor is presented with poor information and potential risk of missing items, their price will have to compensate for this and the end client will always be picking this up.
